Article 114. When any scheduled carrier transfers the said scheduled air service, the transferee shall succeed to the transferor's title under this Law after both the transferor and the transferee have obtained the approval for such transaction from the Minister of Transport.
2. The provisions of Article 101 shall apply to approval under the preceding paragraph.
(Amalgamation of Business)
Article 115. In the case of amalgamation of juridical persons who are scheduled carriers (except when any juridical person who is a scheduled carrier continues to exist after a juridical person who is a scheduled carrier amalgamates with juridical person who is not engaged in a scheduled transport service), the juridical persons who continues to exist or the juridical person established by amalgamation shall succeed to the status of a scheduled carrier under this Law, when the amalgamation has been approved by the Minister of Transport
2. The provisions of Article 101 shall apply accordingly to an approval under the preceding paragraph.
(Inheritance)
Article 116. In the case of the death of the operator of a scheduled carrier, the heir (or the heir so designated after consultation between two or more heirs) shall succeed to the status of a scheduled carrier under this Law.
2. When the successor under the preceding paragraph has not applied for such an inheritance within six days subsequent to the death of the deceased, the license for air service shall be invalid after the expiration of this said period. The same shall apply, where an application for approval has been denied, on and after the day such disposition has been made.
3. The provisions of Article 101 shall apply accordingly to an approval under the preceding paragraph.
(Suspension of Business)
Article 117. Any scheduled carrier shall, when he will suspend business, obtain permission from the Minister of Transport.
2. Except when he deems there is any danger of adversely affecting the public interest because of suspension, the Minister of Transport shall grant permission under the preceding paragraph.
